PROGRAM

The program for each level should be performed by heart and without repetitions. In the case of the free election score, the participants must hand in two copies of the score to the jury. The indications of maximum duration of accomplishment of the program will be respected.

At the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd level, two pieces must be performed: one of free election and another one must be chosen among the proposed pieces.

In 4^th and 5^th level, the pieces will correspond to every point according to the indicated styles.

0º LEVEL (max. 4 min)

ONE free election piece must to be performed.


1º LEVEL (máx. 7 min)

- SHOSTAKOVITCH: “Six children’s pieces” nº 4 Merry story

- A. GRETCHANINOFF: “Children’s book” After the Ball – Tempo di Mazurka

- LATOUR: Sonatine in Sol M, 1º mov


2º LEVEL (máx. 11 min)

- MENDELSSOHN: ”Songs without words”  op.102 nº 4

- GADE: Boy’s merry-go-round, Le repertoire du pianiste pour les premières années- Piú forte" E. H. Lemoine

- SCHUBERT: Vals "Le repertoire du pianiste pour les premières années- Piú forte" E. H. Lemoine


3º LEVEL (máx. 15 min)

- J. S. BACH: Fugue, BWV 953 Do M

- DEBUSSY: Danse Bohèmienne, Klavierstücke Lesure nº 9

- SKRJABIN: Prelude op. 11 nº 8

4º LEVEL ( max. 35 min)

 - To choose from two options: 1 piece from the baroque period, or 1 piece of the classic period (1^st mouvement of a sonata will be admitted).

 - 1 romantic piece.

 - 1 piece of free election.



5º NIVEL

First round (max. 25 min)

 - 1º mov. of classic sonata.

 - 1 virtuos study.

- 1 piece of free election.

Semi-final (max. 40 min)

A chosen program by the participant should be presented, this program must include pieces of different styles.

(These pieces must be different to the ones presented in the First round, only in the case where a full Sonata is presented, a repeated piece (1^st mov) interpretation will be accepted.)

Final concerto with orchestra

To choose from two options:

- 1º mov. Concerto nº 3 op. 37 in do m by Beethoven.

- 1º mov. del Concerto op. 16 in la m by Grieg.
