CURRICULUM
VITAE Of
Chilean parents, he is born in 1977 in Washington D.C, the USA. He begins
his studies of piano 9 years with the teacher Maria Eugenia Alarcón in
Conservatoire of the University of Chile, realizing also studies 13 years
in " Meadows School Of Arts " in the Southern Methodist
University of Dallas, Texas. After
graduating with the highest qualifications of the University of Chile, he
is awarded for the Municipal Theatre of Santiago and the Ministero of
Foreign Relations of Chile to realize postgraduate's studies in the Royal
Academy of Music in London, under the teacher Hamish Milne, and in the
University Mozarteum of Salzburg, under the teacher Hans Leygraf,
graduating of both with the highest qualifications. The Royal Academy of
Music awards the prize par excellence academic "Winfried Christie".
In this time he receives besides classes of renowned teachers and world
pianists like Alexander Satz, Christopher Elton, Sergei Dorensky, John
Lill, Arnaldo Cohen, Clifford Benson, etc. After
wining prizes in diverse national and international contests
("Claudio Arrau", Chile; "Teresa Carreño", Venezuela;
"Flora Guerra", Chile, etc.) he realizes concerts and recitals
for Chile, South America and Europe (London, Salzburg, Valencia, Brasilia,
Montevideo, I Carry Makes Florianópolis happy, Asuncion, Sao Paulo, Vigo,
Castellón, Oporto, etc.). He realizes concerts together with the
Symphonic one of Chile, and the Ministero of Foreign Relations of the
Chilean government organizes a South American tour of concerts along
Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay. In the year 2006 he obtains besides the
first prizes in the Contest of Alcoi's Interpretation, Spain, and in the
Contest for Capdepera's piano, Spain.
