Journey DIARY All the performances will be open to the public. Sunday, 25 th April: At 18:00h reception participants 5 º LEVEL. At 20:30h INAUGURAL CONCERT: Presentation of the VIII International Piano Competition Vila de Capdepera and recital by the russian pianist MARINA GOSHKIEVA, winner of 2º award of 5 th level and Public Prize in the VII International Piano Competition Vila de Capdepera. Monday, 26 th April: At 09:30h start the competition for the participants of 5 th Level 1º ROUND: ELIMINATORY. Participation-time until 20:3 0h. Tuesday, 27 th April: At 09:30h to be continued the competition 5 th Level 1º ROUND: ELIMINATORY . Participation-time until 13:30h. The jury will announce the results of the participants which will pass to the SEMIFINAL ROUND. At 17:00 h start the competition 5 th Level 2º ROUND: SEMIFINAL. Participation-time until 21:00h. Wednesday, 28 th April: At 09:30h to be continued the competition 5 th Level 2º ROUND: SEMIFINAL. Participation-time until 13 :30h. The jury will announce the results of the participants which will pass to the FINAL ROUND. At 17:00h start the competition for the participants of 4 th Level . Participation-time until 21:00h. Thursday, 29 th April: At 09:30h to be continued the competition for the participants of 4 th Level . Participation-time until 21:00h. The jury will announce the results. Friday, 30 th April: At 09:30h start the competition for the participants of 3 rd Level . Participation-time until 13: 00h. The jury will announce the results. At 15:3 0h start the competition for the participants of 2 nd Level. Participation-time until 20:3 0h. The jury will announce the results. Saturday, 1 st May: At 10:0 0h start the competition for the participants of 1 st Level . The jury will announce the results. At 12:00h start the competition for the participants of Level 0 . At 20:30h concert with orchestra - FINAL WITH ORCHESTRA - finalists 5 th Level. Sunday, 2 nd May: At 18:00h CLOSING CONCERT and PRIZE AWARDS : Prize winners will be invited to participate in the closing concert . All the prize winners should attend to receive the certificate and prizes. Non attendance at the closing concert will result in no price being awarsed. During the week that the piano competition takes place, diferents activities are organized by Art en Musica Association in order to complement to all participants with human and social experiences: The competitors are invited by Capdepera's Town Hall to participate in guided EXCURSIONS to know the historical environment of Capdepera's Medieval Castle , the wonderful marine sights of Cala Rajada and by Sa Porxada-Sa Torre , Canyamel's Tower, a magnificent building of the XIII th century. As well as a variety show of its FOLKLORE that includes traditional dances and music. Consult excursion and tour/itinerary details… *** The

Cala Rajada is in the same area or municipality as Capdepera. It is only 3 km away from Capdepera at first line of sea, being a touristic resort there are the hotels there. If you want to visit the Municipal Capdepera Theatre (where the competition will be held) or to the Capdepera Music School (to practice the piano) the first stop will be in the village of Capdepera; if you rather want to go to your hotel the first stop will be at Cala Rajada.
